Lenny Henry
Sir Lenworth George Henry (born 29 August 1958) is a British actor, comedian, singer, television presenter and writer. Henry gained success as a stand-up comedian and impressionist in the late 1970s and early 1980s, culminating in '' The Lenny Henry Show'' in 1984. He was the most prominent black British comedian of the time and much of his material served to celebrate and parody his African-Caribbean roots. In 1985, he cofounded the charity Comic Relief with the comedy screenwriter Richard Curtis. Roger Griffiths
Roger Griffiths (born 6 February 1965) is an English actor who has had several roles in television. He first rose to prominence opposite Lenny Henry as Gareth Blackstock's foil Everton Stonehead in BBC One 1990s sitcom '' Chef!''. Before starring in ''Chef'', Griffiths played a minor role as a news reporter in the Channel 4 British sitcom ''Desmond's'' in 1990. Later in 1990, he appeared in an episode of Birds of a Feather, series two, episode 4 ‘Muesli’ as Daryl's fellow inmate. Following the run of ''Chef!'', Griffiths played a pirate named Captain Kevin in the BBC educational numeracy television series Numbertime. Peter Tilbury (born 20 October 1945) is a British actor and writer, best known for the sitcom '' It Takes a Worried Man'' (1981-4), which he created and starred in. Tilbury was born in Redruth, Cornwall. Nether Winchendon House
Nether Winchendon House is a manor house in Nether Winchendon, in the Aylesbury Vale district of Buckinghamshire, England. History It was built on the site of an Augustinian priory that was a daughter house of Notley Abbey in Long Crendon. Jasper Tudor, Duke of Bedford bought and largely remodelled the priory in the 16th century. In late 1771 the manor was bequeathed to Sir Francis Bernard, 1st Baronet on the death of his cousin. He had served as governor of the provinces of New Jersey and Massachusetts Bay, where his uncompromising policies were instrumental in the events leading to the American Revolution. The house is still owned by the family. The house and gardens are open to the public and the house is noted for its interior and is a grade I listed building. Teddington Studios
Teddington Studios was a large British television studio in Teddington, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, providing studio facilities for programmes airing on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky1 and others. The complex also provided studio space for channel continuity. The site was run by the Pinewood Studios Group. Originally built as film studios, the studios were the main production centres for the ITV franchisees ABC Weekend TV and Thames Television. Pinewood Group's lease on Teddington Studios expired in 2014. The studios were demolished in February 2016 to be turned into housing, with programmes made there having moved to other facilities. L'Ortolan
L'Ortolan is a gourmet restaurant in the village of Shinfield, south of the centre of Reading, Berkshire, England. It is located in the village's old vicarage building, which is a Grade-II listed building The restaurant has one star in the Michelin Guide and 3 AA rosettes. Raymond Blanc
Raymond Blanc OBE (born 19 November 1949) is a French chef. Blanc is the chef patron at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, a hotel-restaurant in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, England.
