Chase University
Chase University (often known as Andre Chase University and Chase U) is an American professional wrestling stable consisting of Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Thea Hail. They are currently signed to WWE, where they perform on NXT. The group's characters contain elements of a post-secondary educational university. History NXT (2021-present) On the September 21 episode of NXT, Chase debuted a new heel teacher persona and began hosting a segment on the show called Andre Chase University. Over the next few months, Chase recruited Bodhi Hayward and Thea Hail as his new students for Chase University and slowly turned face. On the September 20, 2022 episode of NXT, Chase and Hayward picked up a victory over Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams. In November, WWE released Hayward, thereby removing him from Chase University. Andre Chase
Chance Barrow (born April 22, 1989) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE where he performs for the NXT brand under the ring name Andre Chase. He was previously known by the ring name Harlem Bravado where he teamed with his brother Lance Bravado working for Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Noah as the Bravado Brothers. The Dyad
The Dyad is a British professional wrestling tag team consisting of Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler, currently performing in WWE on the NXT brand. They are members of The Schism stable alongside Joe Gacy and Ava Raine. Tag team wrestling is a type of professional wrestling in which matches are contested between teams of multiple wrestlers. Tag teams may be made up of wrestlers who normally wrestle in singles competition, but more commonly are made of established teams who wrestle regularly as a unit and have a team name and identity. In most team matches, only one competitor per team is allowed in the ring at a time. The 2023 NXT Vengeance Day was the 11th Vengeance professional wrestling event produced by WWE, and the third annual held for the promotion's NXT brand division. It took place on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, marking the first major NXT event to be held in North Carolina and the second Vengeance event held at this venue after the 2006 event, when it was formerly known as Charlotte Bobcats Arena; the arena changed its name to Spectrum Center in 2016. NXT Tag Team Championship
The NXT Tag Team Championship is a men's professional wrestling tag team championship created and promoted by the American promotion WWE. It is defended on the NXT brand division, the promotion's developmental territory. Introduced on January 23, 2013, the inaugural championship team was British Ambition (Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey). The current champions are The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods), who are in their first reign. The title was established as the men's tag team championship for NXT, which at the time was a developmental territory for WWE. James Dowell (born 4 March 1993) is an English professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the NXT brand under the ring name Jagger Reid. Jack Rea (born 8 August 1990) is an English professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the NXT brand under the ring name Rip Fowler. In professional wrestling, a face (babyface) is a heroic, "good guy" or "fan favorite" wrestler, booked (scripted) by the promotion with the aim of being cheered by fans, and acts as a protagonist to the heels, who are the villainous antagonist or "bad guy" characters. Traditionally, they wrestle within the rules and avoid cheating (in contrast to the villains who use illegal moves and call in additional wrestlers to do their work for them) while behaving positively towards the referee and the audience.
