Charles McCall
Charles Adelbert McCall III (born April 19, 1970) is an American politician who currently serves as the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he represents the 22nd House District, which is located in southeastern Oklahoma. Early life and education McCall was born on April 19, 1970 to Charles Andrew McCall and Barbara Ann McCall (née Clure), in Atoka, Oklahoma. He graduated from Atoka High School in 1988. He attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in finance and economics. He became a licensed nursing home administrator in 1993 before earning an MBA in banking at the University of Colorado Boulder Graduate School of Banking, graduating in 2000. The Oklahoma House of Representatives is the lower house of the legislature of the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Its members introduce and vote on bills and resolutions, provide legislative oversight for state agencies, and help to craft the state's budget.
