Charles Angina
Charles Angina (born 29 March 1962) is a lieutenant general in the Uganda People's Defense Force (UPDF). As of August 2021, he is awaiting assignment at the Uganda Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From January 2017 until July 2021, he served as the deputy chief coordinator of ''Operation Wealth Creation'' (OWC), a development program operated by the Ugandan military. He previously served as the Deputy Chief of Defense Forces of Uganda , the second-highest military position within the UPDF. He was appointed to that position in May 2013, replacing General Ivan Koreta, who was appointed an ambassador. Kumi District
Kumi District is a district in the Eastern Region of Uganda. The town of Kumi hosts the district headquarters. Muhoozi Kainerugaba
Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba (born 24 April 1974) is an Ugandan general and son of president Yoweri Museveni. He has been commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC) from 2008 to 2017, and again from December 2020 to 2021, then commander of the land forces of the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF) from 24 June 2021 to 4 October 2022, when he was removed following tweets claiming to be able to capture Nairobi. David Muhoozi
General David Rubakuba Muhoozi is a Ugandan Military Officer and Lawyer. He currently serves as the Minister of State for Internal Affairs. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2021, replacing Obiga Kania. Background and education David Muhoozi was born in Mbarara District in 1965. Muhoozi holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB), obtained from Makerere University, Uganda's largest and oldest public university. Crispus Kiyonga
Crispus Walter Kiyonga (born 1 January 1952), whose first name is sometimes spelled Chrispus, is a Ugandan physician, politician and diplomat, who serves as Uganda's Ambassador to China, based in Beijing. He previously served as the Minister of Defence in the Cabinet of Uganda from 2006 to 2016. Prior to that, he was Minister Without Portfolio in the Office of the President from 2005 to 2006. Basankusu
Basankusu is a town in Équateur Province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the main town and administrative centre of the Basankusu Territory. In 2004, it had an estimated population of 23,764. It has a gravel airstrip, covered and open markets, a hospital, and three cellphone networks, the first of which was installed in 2006.
