Charis Pavlidis
Charis Pavlidis ( el, Χάρης Παυλίδης, born 25 January 1971 in Thessaloniki) is a retired Greek water polo player and the current coach of Olympiacos Women's Water Polo Team, since 2007. Under his guidance, Olympiacos have won two LEN Euro Leagues, two LEN Super Cups, one LEN Trophy and ten Greek Championships. As a player (a defender), Pavlidis played for Olympiacos from 1991 to 2000, winning numerous titles.

Greece Men's National Water Polo Team
The Greece men's national water polo team represents Greece in international men's water polo competitions and it is organized and run by the Hellenic Swimming Federation. Greece has a long tradition of strong presence at international level, with their major successes being the two bronze medals won at the World Championship in 2005 and 2015. The Greeks have also won a silver medal at the World Cup in 1997, three bronze medals at the World League in 2004, 2006 and 2016, as well as one silver (2018) and four bronze medals (1951, 1991, 1993, 2013) at the Mediterranean Games. Moreover, they have closely missed a medal in the 2016 European Championship, the 2004 Olympic Games, the 2003 World Championship and the 1999 European Championship, ending up in the 4th place in all four of them. A1 Ethniki Women's Water Polo
The Greek Women's Water Polo A1 League ( el, Ελληνικό Πρωτάθλημα Υδατοσφαίρισης της Α1 Γυναικών) is the premier championship for women's water polo teams in Greece. It was founded in 1988, and it is currently contested by eight teams. Greek League is ranked as one of the top national domestic leagues in European water polo. The champion, the runner-up and the third-placed team qualify for the LEN Euro League. The first champion was Ethnikos Piraeus. During the next years Glyfada NSC and NC Vouliagmeni dominated. Women's LEN Trophy
The Women's LEN Trophy is LEN's second-tier competition for women's water polo clubs. It was first held in 2000 as the LEN Women's Cup Winners' Cup. It was contested for many seasons by around 15 teams, which could qualify for it either directly due to high ranking in their domestic league or by being eliminated at certain stages of the Champions' Cup. After the last reformations in the European competitions system by LEN, only four teams contesting for the trophy, coming after elimination at that season's LEN Euro League quarterfinals stage.
