Changping Line
The Changping Line of the Beijing Subway () is a half elevated, half underground rapid transit line in northern Beijing. The line started construction in 2009. In September 2010, Construction of Phase I was completed, and was followed by three-month test run. Phase I of the line opened on December 30, 2010 and ran north from the Xi'erqi station on Line 13 to Nanshao. On December 26, 2015, Phase II of the line opened, extending the line northwards to the Ming Tombs Scenic Area and terminating at Changping Xishankou station. On December 31, 2021, the one-station extension to opened. It connects the central Changping District with the Beijing subway network. During rush hours, as of 2013, the section between Life Science Park and Xi'erqi Stations is the most congested section in the Beijing subway network, operating at 132% capacity. Shahe () is a metro station, station on the Changping Line, Beijing Subway, Changping Line of the Beijing Subway. The station was opened on December 30, 2010. Location The station is located in Shahe Area, Changping District, Beijing. It is on the south side of the T junction of Baisha Road and Nanfeng Road. Line 13 (Beijing Subway)
Line 13 of the Beijing Subway () is a metro line that serves the northern suburbs of Beijing. On a map, Line 13's route is shaped like an inverted U that arcs north of the city and connects residential suburbs in Haidian, Changping and Chaoyang Districts with the 2nd Ring Road and Line 2 at Xizhimen and Dongzhimen. With the exception of and a tunnel between Xi'erqi and Longze, all of Line 13's tracks and stations are located on the surface or elevated above ground. The line is and 16 of its 17 stations are on the surface. Line 13's color is yellow. During rush hour, the section between Xizhimen and Wudaokou Stations was reported in 2013 to be the second most congested section in the Beijing subway network, operating at 130% capacity. Founded in 1900 during the German occupation, Qingdao Sifang is one of the oldest rolling stock manufacturers in China.
