Chanchai Sor Tamarangsri
Chanchai Sor Tamarangsri ( th, ชาญชัย ส.ธรรมรังสี; born October 19, 1967 in Pak Chong) is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. He is former 3 times Lumpinee Stadium and Muay Thai World champion, he was a popular fighter during the golden era of Muay Thai. Biography and career Chanchai started training at the age of 11 in his hometown of Pak Chong at the Sor.Kiatdisak camp, he was inspired by his father who was himself a fighter. At 17 he joined the Tamarangsri gym in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province and made his debut in Bangkok the same year. Chanchai was a highly regarded technician with one of the best teep kick in Muay Thai history. He was nicknamed ''Poot 2'' in reference to the Muay Thai legend of the 70s Poot Lorlek. Kongnapa Watcharawit ( th, ก้องนภา วัชรวิทย์); is a Thai retired Muay Thai fighter. He is a former 4 divisions Rajadamnern Stadium champion. Biography and career Kongnapa started to train in Muay Thai at the age of 15 in a local camp of his native province. After 8 months of training he moved to the Kietpetchnoi gym in Bangkok. Known for his powerful hands, Kongnapa captured the Rajadamnern Stadium belt in four divisions between 1988 and 1995. In the late 1990s Kongnapa moved to the United States where he became a trainer at Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and kept competing on the local scene. He was a two times Lumpinee Stadium Featherweight champion and one of the most feared puncher of the Muay Thai golden era. Manasak Sor Ploenchit ( th, มานะศักดิ์ ส.เพลินจิต; born December 7, 1965, in Klaeng District) was a Muay Thai fighter from Thailand. Biography and career Manasak was born in the Rayong Province where he started Muay Thai during the mid 1970s. He rapidly reached the Bangkok circuit where he had a few fights under the name Manasak Asawamongkol, he then went back to fight in eastern Thailand where he became regional champion. Manasak then joined the Sor Ploenchit camp in Bangkok under the teaching of Sathien Sathiensut and became a successful fighter. During his prime in the 1980s Manasak was known as a highly skilled fighter with a complete arsenal and some of the sharpest eyes in the ring. Orono Por Muang Ubon ( th, โอโรโน่ พ.เมืองอุบล; born January 14, 1973, in Ubon Ratchathani) is a Thai former Muay Thai fighter.
