Chamu Chibhabha
Chamunorwa Justice "Chamu" Chibhabha (born 9 September 1986) is a Zimbabwean cricketer who bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium pace. In January 2020, Zimbabwe Cricket named him as the captain of Zimbabwe's One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) squads on an interim basis. Domestic career Chibhabha made his maiden first-class century at Harare against Sri Lanka A. The match was drawn, and he made 40 and 103. In his previous first-class match, against South Africa Academy, he made 98 before being run out. He was the leading wicket-taker for the Mashonaland Eagles in the 2018–19 Logan Cup, with sixteen dismissals in five matches. In December 2020, he was named as the captain of the Eagles for the 2020–21 Logan Cup. Masvingo
Masvingo is a city in south-eastern Zimbabwe and the capital of Masvingo Province. The city is situated close to Great Zimbabwe, the national monument from which the country takes its name and close to Lake Mutirikwi, its recreational park, the Kyle dam and the Kyle National Reserve where there are many different animal species. It is mostly populated by the Karanga people who form the biggest branch of the various Shona tribes in Zimbabwe. History The city was known as Fort Victoria until 1982, when its name was briefly changed to Nyanda, after a mountain about 10 kilometres south of the town, on the Masvingo to Beitbridge Road. 2018 Zimbabwe Tri-Nation Series
The 2018 Zimbabwe Tri-Nation Series was a cricket tournament held from 1 to 8 July 2018 in Zimbabwe. It was a tri-nation series between Australia, Pakistan and Zimbabwe, with all the matches played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) at the Harare Sports Club. In the fourth T20I, Pakistan beat Zimbabwe by seven wickets, therefore Australia and Pakistan qualified for the final. Pakistan defeated Australia in the final by six wickets to win the series. Originally, the tour was just going to feature Australia and Zimbabwe, with the two teams playing two Tests and three One Day Internationals (ODIs). Jonathan Lyndon Carter (born 16 November 1987) is a Barbadian cricketer who currently plays for Barbados. He is a big-hitting left-handed batsman who also bowls right-arm medium pace. Jeetan Shashi Patel (born 7 May 1980) is a former New Zealand international cricketer. A right arm off spin bowler, he plays for Wellington in New Zealand and Warwickshire in England. The Indian cricket team toured Zimbabwe from 10 to 19 July 2015. The tour consisted of three One Day International matches and two Twenty20 Internationals. All the matches were played in Harare. Zimbabwean Cricket Team In West Indies In 2006
The 2006 international cricket season started with controversial ICC members Zimbabwe touring the West Indies for a series of seven One Day International matches.
