Cervera Mountains
The Cervera Mountains ( ca-valencia, Muntanyes de Cervera) is an long mountain range in the Baix Maestrat comarca, Valencian Community, Spain. In some ancient texts these mountains are known as Serra d'en Menor. Its highest point is Revoltons, . Other notable summits are Perdiguera, and Mola, . Location The Cervera Mountains rise north of the Cervera del Maestrat town, south of Traiguera and east of La Jana. They are located in the transitional zone between the Mediterranean and the continental climate. In the winter the weather is colder than in the coastal mountain ranges and the summits are often covered in snow for a few days after each snowstorm. The Our Lady of health shrine ''(Reial Santuari de Nostra Senyora de la Font de la Salut)'' which was first built in the 14th century is located on the eastern side of these mountains. Cervera Del Maestrat
Cervera del Maestre ( ca-valencia, Cervera del Maestrat) is a Municipalities of Spain, municipality in the Comarques of the Valencian community, ''comarca'' of Baix Maestrat in the Valencian Community, Spain. It is located at the southern end of the Cervera Mountains, above the Rambla de Cervera seasonal river. Cervera is located on a hill with a ruined Moorish castle top of it. It lies in an area of maquis shrub and cultivated plots, mainly almond, carob and olive trees. There is a ruined ermita south of the town. Cervera del Maestre is part of the Taula del Sénia free association of municipalities. The Maestrazgo () or Maestrat () is a natural and historical mountainous region, located at the eastern end of the Sistema Ibérico mountain range, in Spain. It encompasses the north of the Autonomous Community of Valencia, in Castellón province, and parts of the east of the Aragonese province of Teruel. The area is mountainous and sparsely populated with a rich mixture of flora and fauna. The district was under control of military orders following the 12th-century Christian reconquest of the area from the Moors. It also had a significant role in the 19th century Carlist Wars and the 20th century Spanish Civil War. After many years of decline the area is undergoing some re-vitalization, helped by funding from the European Union and tourism. A pine is any conifer tree or shrub in the genus ''Pinus'' () of the family Pinaceae. ''Pinus'' is the sole genus in the subfamily Pinoideae. Snow
Snow comprises individual ice crystals that grow while suspended in the atmosphere—usually within clouds—and then fall, accumulating on the ground where they undergo further changes. Traiguera
Traiguera is a town and municipality in the Baix Maestrat comarca, province of Castelló, Valencian Community, Spain. It is part of the Taula del Sénia free association of municipalities. The town is located in a central position in the comarca, north of the Muntanyes de Cervera. The Serra de Sant Pere mountain range rises on the western side of Traiguera. This town was mentioned as part of Ilercavonia by Ptolemy. Besides Mediterranean agriculture, mainly almonds, olives and oranges, the town has a traditional ceramic industry, much affected now by the current crisis.
