The Central constituency (No.31) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tatarstan. Tatarstan gained 6th constituency after 2015 redistricting, the new constituency, named "Central", was placed into Kazan, its suburbs and exurbs, which were previously parts of Moskovsky, Nizhnekamsk and Privolzhsky constituencies. Marat Abdulkhaevich Nuriev (russian: Марат Абдулхаевич Нуриев; born May 14, 1966, in Shemyakovo, Apastovsky District) is a Russian political figure and a deputy of the 8th State Duma. Nuriyev joined the United Russia in 2002. From 2005 to 2012, he was the deputy of the Kazan City Duma of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd convocations. In 2019-2021, Nuriev was the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. He left the post in September 2021, as he was elected deputy of the 8th State Duma. Civic Platform ( rus, Гражда́нская Платфо́рма, Grazhdanskaya Platforma, ɡrɐʐˈdanskəjə plɐtˈformə) is a conservative political party in Russia. The party was formed on 4 June 2012 by businessman and 2012 presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov. The party was formed with 500 members, the minimum number required by law for a party to be registered in Russia, with the party originally being founded as a rudimentary mechanism through which independent candidates could stand in elections. New People is considered a liberal party, and observers have called it centrist or centre-right. It was established in March 2020 by Alexey Nechayev, the founder of the Russian cosmetics company Faberlic. Nechayev was elected as party chairman during the second party congress, held on August 8, 2020. Alexander Davankov is the head of the party executive committee.
