Central Partnership (russian: Централ Партнершип) is a Russian film distribution and production company founded in 1995. The distributor was acquired by Russian gas company Gazprom in 2014. History Central Partnership started as a TV content distributor in 1995-2000. Central Partnership also produces high-end TV series. Central Partnership is promoting the Russian titles overseas. In November 2005 the controlling stake of Central Partnership was acquired by Prof Media. In January 2009 Central Partnership became an official distributor of the Paramount Pictures lineup in Russia and CIS (Ukraine excluded). A unitary enterprise (russian: унитарное предприятие) is a government-owned corporation in Russia and some other post-Soviet states. Unitary enterprises are business entities that have no ownership rights to the assets that they use in their operations. This form is possible only for state and municipal enterprises, which respectively operate state or municipal property. The owners of the property of a unitary enterprise have no responsibility for its operation and vice versa. ''Shadowboxing'' (russian: Бой с тенью, Boy s tenyu; literally "Fight with Shadow") is a 2005 Russian 4-episode sports drama movie. The film stars Denis Nikiforov, Yelena Panova, and Andrey Panin, and it was directed by Aleksey Sidorov. The title track from the music score was performed by Finnish cello rock band Apocalyptica.
