Arhavi ( Laz: არქაბი/Arǩabi; Georgian: არქაბი/arkabi) is a town and district of Artvin Province located in the Black Sea Region of Turkey. The terrain is hilly and mountainous. Sinan Özen (; b. 1 March 1964, Çayeli, Rize) is a Turkish singer, composer and actor. Life and career Sinan Özen was born on March 1, 1964, in the Çayeli district of Rize. His family moved to İzmit when he was young and he spent a few years of his childhood there. Then they moved to Istanbul where Sinan had his primary and secondary education. He attended high school in Rize, at the Department of Lathe-Leveling in Rize Vocational High School. Yavuz Bingöl (born 7 October 1964) is a Turkish folk music singer and actor. Early life Bingöl was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1964 to teacher Yılmaz Bingöl and folk singer Senem Akkaş (better known with her stage name Şahsenem Bacı), both hailing from Sarıkamış district. Music career Bingöl enrolled at the Ankara State Conservatory in 1977 under influence from his mother but following his parents' divorce, he left the Conservatory in 1979 and moved to İzmir where his mother settled and started to work in menial jobs to support his family. Fatma Şahin (born 20 June 1966) is a Turkish chemical engineer and politician. On 6 July 2011 she was appointed as the Minister of Family and Social Policies in the third cabinet of Erdoğan.
