Cata Díaz
Daniel Alberto "Cata" Díaz (born 13 July 1979) is an Argentine professional football manager and former player who played as a central defender. After starting at Rosario Central, he went on to spend most of his career in Spain, amassing La Liga totals of 174 matches and three goals over six seasons, mainly with Getafe. He also had two spells with Boca Juniors. Díaz appeared for Argentina at the 2007 Copa América. Club career Nicknamed ''Cata'' because of his origins from San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, Díaz started playing at youth amateur local Juventud de Catamarca before moving in 1997 to Rosario Central, still as a junior. The 2009–10 La Liga season (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th La Liga since its establishment. Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Pérez () is a municipally-owned football (soccer), football stadium in Getafe, Spain. It is the home ground of Getafe CF. The 2007–08 UEFA Cup was the 37th edition of the UEFA Cup, UEFA's second-tier club football tournament. The final was played at the City of Manchester Stadium, Manchester, England on 14 May 2008 between Rangers of Scotland and Zenit Saint Petersburg of Russia. The 2005 Recopa Sudamericana (officially the 2005 Recopa Fox Sports Sudamericana for sponsorship reasons) was the 13th Recopa Sudamericana, an annual football match between the winners of the previous season's Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana competitions. From this edition forward, the Recopa Sudamericana will be contested over two legs.
