Carrefour-de-l'Hôpital District
The Carrefour-de-l'Hôpital District (''English: Crossroads of the Hospital'') (District 13) is a municipal district in the city of Gatineau, Quebec. It is represented on Gatineau City Council by Olive Kamanyana. The district is located in the Gatineau sector of the city. The district was created in 2009 from parts of Promenades District and Versant District. It consists of the neighbourhoods of Du Barry and Le Carrefour and the area around Parc Henri-Durant. Gatineau
Gatineau ( ; ) is a city in western Quebec, Canada. It is located on the northern bank of the Ottawa River, immediately across from Ottawa, Ontario. Gatineau is the largest city in the Outaouais administrative region and is part of Canada's National Capital Region. Promenades District
Pointe-Gatineau District, formerly Promenades District (District 12) is a municipal district in the city of Gatineau, Quebec. It is represented on Gatineau City Council by Mike Duggan. The district is located in the Gatineau sector of the city. From 2001 to 2009 it included the neighbourhoods of Place Lucerne, Parc Maisonneuve, Gatineau, Parc Maisonneuve, Val d'Oise, Gatineau, Val d'Oise and Le Barron. For the 2009 election, it gained La Baie, Gatineau, La Baie while losing Val d'Oise and Le Barron. 2021 Gatineau Municipal Election
A municipal election was held in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada on November 7, 2021, in conjunction with the 2021 Quebec municipal elections held on the same day. 2009 Gatineau Municipal Election
A municipal election was held in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada on November 1, 2009 in conjunction with municipal elections across Quebec on that date. Elections were held for Mayor of Gatineau as well as for each of the 18 districts on Gatineau City Council. Controversies Signs in the Gatineau area-sponsoring Lucerne District Councillor candidate Barbara Charlebois posters were removed and vandalized due to her election poster being primarily in English. A similar act of vandalism was perpetrated on the offices of the Regional Association of West Quebecers, a not-for profit organization that support English-Speakers in the community, of which Charlebois is vice-president.
