Carolans Irish Cream is a liqueur made from a mixture of cream, Irish spirits, Irish whiskey and honey. It has a declared alcohol content of 17%, or 14.5% alcohol by volume. Bardstown is a home rule-class city in Nelson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 11,700 in the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Nelson County.
