Carly Booth
Carly Booth (born 21 June 1992) is a Scottish professional golfer. At the end of 2009, aged 17, she became the youngest-ever Scot to qualify for the Ladies European Tour. Booth became the youngest ladies' club champion in Britain at the age of 11 at Dunblane New. Early life Upon turning professional, Booth had a golf scholarship to complete at Glenalmond College in Scotland. She started there after returning from America, where a stay at David Leadbetter's Academy in Florida was followed by a spell at a school in Arizona. As a youngster, Booth was able to practice on the course made exclusively for her and her brother, professional golfer Wallace, by her father Wally at the family farm near Comrie. Wally was a Commonwealth Games silver medallist wrestling champion. John Junior, known as The Duckman is a British mental health activist and script consultant. He is known for co-creating, inspiring and featuring in multi-award winning and British Academy of Film and Television Arts, BAFTA nominated documentary series Hollyoaks: IRL, Hollyoaks ''IRL''. In November 2019 he created the mental health movement "John and Charlie's Journey," to raise awareness for suicide and Mental disorder, mental illness. Background Junior was born with Unequal leg length, short leg syndrome, has a clubfoot and suffers with arthritis. He was homeless at the age of 16. Junior lost his dad in 2018. Junior was diagnosed with depression and generalised anxiety disorder and was taking antidepressants in 2017. During lockdown in the covid pandemic Junior took himself off antidepressants as he felt he was becoming dependent on them. The side effects from sertraline were unbearable. Anja Monke
Anja Monke (born 28 May 1977) is a German professional golfer. She has played on the Ladies European Tour since 2004. Monke was born in Herford. In 2003, she won the International Amateur Championships of Switzerland and Italy, and was voted German Ladies Amateur Golfer of the Year. In Autumn, with a handicap of +3, she turned professional. Monke played for Germany with Miriam Nagl in 2006 and with Denise Simon in 2007 in the Women's World Cup of Golf in South Africa. Caroline Masson (born 14 May 1989) is a German professional golfer, currently playing on the Ladies European Tour (LET). Amateur and college career Born and raised in Gladbeck in North Rhine-Westphalia, Masson had a decorated amateur golf career. She competed for Germany in the 2006 Espirito Santo Trophy (World Amateur Team Championship) and won the German Stroke Play Championship. Frances Bondad (born 21 January 1988) is a retired Australian professional golfer from Greystanes, Sydney. Frances played on the Ladies European Tour from 2008 to 2012. She won the 2011 Sanya Ladies Open in China. Amateur career Bondad was born in Los Angeles, California, and started playing golf at age 10 inspired by her father. The 2012 Ladies European Tour was a series of golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world which took place from February through December 2012.
