Carlos Velasco Carballo
Carlos Velasco Carballo (; born 16 March 1971) is a retired Spanish professional football referee. Career He is affiliated with the Madrid committee and has officiated in Spanish Primera División since 2004, as well as in international matches since 2008. Velasco officiated 2011 UEFA Europa League Final match in Dublin, between Porto and Braga. On 20 December 2011, UEFA named him one of the twelve referees for UEFA Euro 2012. Velasco took charge of the tournament's opening match between Poland and Greece, issuing a first-half red card to Greek defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos, before sending-off Poland goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny in the second period as the teams drew 1–1 in Warsaw. The 2012 UEFA Europa League Final was the final match of the 2011–12 UEFA Europa League, the 41st season of Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA (after the UEFA Champions League), and the 3rd season since it was renamed from the UEFA Cup to the UEFA Europa League. The match was played on 9 May 2012 at the Arena Națională in Bucharest, Romania, and was contested between two Spanish sides – Atlético Madrid and Athletic Bilbao. Nicola Rizzoli
Nicola Rizzoli (; born 5 October 1971) is an Italian former football referee who refereed in the Italian Serie A from 2002 to 2017 and was a FIFA-listed referee from 2007 to 2017. He refereed the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final between Germany and Argentina on 13 July at the Estádio do Maracanã and the 2013 Champions League Final between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich at Wembley Stadium. Roberto Rosetti
Roberto Rosetti (born 18 September 1967) is an Italian former football referee. He is fluent in Italian (native), English and French. He started refereeing in 1983, and took charge of his first match in the Italian Serie A in 1996. He received his FIFA Badge in 2002. Aside from his refereeing duties, Rosetti works as director of a hospital. Rosetti is counted amongst the top referees of all time in a list maintained by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS). He retired following the 2010 FIFA World Cup to take a position with the Italian Football Federation as the referee designator for Serie B League. The assistant video assistant referee (AVAR) is a current or former referee appointed to assist the VAR in the video operation room.
