Carla Speed McNeil
Carla Speed McNeil is an American science fiction writer, cartoonist, and illustrator of comics, best known for the science fiction comic book series '' Finder''. Career McNeil's chief work is the ongoing science fiction comic series '' Finder'', which they began self-publishing in 1996. In 2005, they started to publish ''Finder'' as a webcomic. The comic was published and available to read on their website until it began to be published by Dark Horse Comics in 2011. A majority of McNeil's career is focused on collaborations with other comic artists and writers. In 2001, McNeil provided a two-page guest-illustrator spot for Warren Ellis' ''Transmetropolitan: Filth of the City''. They continued their work with him in 2005 by illustrating the one-shot "Frank Ironwine" in Ellis' ''Apparat Volume 1''." The New York Comic Con is an annual New York City fan convention dedicated to Western comics, graphic novels, anime, manga, video games, cosplay, toys, movies, and television. The Merchant Of Death
''The Merchant of Death'' is the first book in the Pendragon series by D. J. MacHale. It follows the adventures of Bobby Pendragon as he travels to Denduron. Plot introduction The story takes place in a "territory" (Universe separate from the "Second Earth" universe of the story, there are ten territories in all) called Denduron. Denduron has three suns, one to the east, the north, and the south, but besides that, it has most of the same characteristics as Earth. The story is based around two tribes: the Milago and the Bedoowan. The Milago are treated very poorly by the Bedoowan, who live in luxury; they live in little huts without running water or even outhouses, and have to mine for a valuable stone called glaze every hour of the day in order to meet the demands of Kagan, the queen of the Bedoowan. Sensation Comics
''Sensation Comics'' is the title of an American comic book anthology series published by DC Comics that ran for 109 issues between 1942 and 1952. For most of its run, the lead feature was Wonder Woman, a character which had been introduced in ''All Star Comics'' #8 (December 1941). Other characters that appeared included the Black Pirate, the Gay Ghost, Mister Terrific, Wildcat, Sargon the Sorcerer, Hal Mason, the Whip, the Atom, Little Boy Blue, Hop Harrigan, Romance, Inc., Lady Danger, Doctor Pat, and Astra. Tori Amos (born Myra Ellen Amos; August 22, 1963) is an American singer-songwriter and pianist. She is a classically trained musician with a mezzo-soprano vocal range. Image Comics is an American comic book publisher and is the third largest comic book and graphic novel publisher in the industry in both unit and market share. Alex de Campi is a British-American music video director, comics writer and columnist. Sara Ryan
Sara Ryan (born 1971) is an American writer and librarian living in Portland, Oregon. Biography Ryan was raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she graduated from Pioneer High School in 1989. Her first novel, '' Empress of the World'', was published in 2001 and is an ALA Best Book for Young Adults.
