Cardiff (; cy, Caerdydd ) is the capital and largest city of Wales. It forms a principal area, officially known as the City and County of Cardiff ( cy, Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, links=no), and the city is the eleventh-largest in the United Kingdom. Les Keen
Leslie "Les" Keen (born 13 November 1954) is an ex-Wales, Welsh rugby union international who played for Aberavon RFC during the 1970s and 1980s. Born and brought up in Port Talbot Keen was educated at Sandfields Comprehensive. He was a left wing and a member of a successful Aberavon Team which included fellow internationals John Bevan (rugby union), John Bevan, Clive Shell, and his brother-in-law Allan Martin (rugby union), Allan Martin. A strong runner with a devastating hand-off, Keen was first awarded a Wales "B" cap in 1979 before earning the full honour in 1980 against England at Twickenham Stadium, Twickenham in the famous "Paul Ringer" game. Keen played all four home Internationals that season, scoring a try against Scotland at Cardiff Arms Park. Keen was a schoolteacher at Cwrt Sart Comprehensive, Briton Ferry and the Ridings High School, Winterbourne. References

Ryan Paul Jones (born 13 March 1981) is a Wales former international rugby union player who played at number eight, blindside flanker or second row. He was involved in three Grand Slam wins, in 2005, as captain in 2008, and 2012. Kevin Hopkins (born 29 September 1961) is a retired Welsh International rugby union player. He made seven appearances for his country, as well as representing Cardiff RFC, Swansea RFC and Neath RFC in the top division of Welsh club rugby, and played twice for the Barbarians invitational side.
