Delfzijl
Delfzijl (; gos, Delfsiel) is a city and former municipality with a population of 25,651 in the province of Groningen (province), Groningen in the northeast of the Netherlands. Delfzijl was a sluice between the Delf (canal), Delf and the Ems (river), Ems, which became fortified settlement in the 16th century. The fortifications were removed in the late 19th century. Suzanna Lubrano (born November 10, 1975) is a Cape Verdean Zouk singer based in Rotterdam. Several albums have gone Gold and Platinum, while she has won major international music awards. Nelson Freitas (born April 4, 1975) is a Cape Verdean-Netherlands, Dutch singer, producer and recorder. He records with GhettoZouk Music, which also signed artists Chelsy Shantel and William Araujo. Biography Freitas was born in the Netherlands to Cape Verdean parents. His music features Cape Verdean Zouk (musical movement), zouk (a style combined with kizomba) and R&B. Eddy Fortes, better known by his stage name Eddy Fort Moda Grog, or Eddy (FMG) (born 4 June 1950) is a Rotterdam-based Cape-Verdean rapper, who became popular in Cape Verde the 90s, thus becoming one of the pioneers of the rap and hip hop in Cape Verdean music. Elvis de Oliveira, better known as E-Life, is a rapper from Rotterdam, Netherlands. He is also a DJ for radio station Juize FM. E-Life started his music career with rap crew Dope Syndicate. DJ Raw Deal's move to the United States in 1995 prompted E-Life to go solo, touring through Europe. His first solo single, ''Stacked With Honors'', came out a year later, in 1996. The song received a lot of airplay on the radio, but didn't make it to the charts.
