''Canción de amor'' (English: ''Love Song'') is a Mexican telenovela directed by Alfredo Gurrola and produced by Luis de Llano Macedo for Televisa in 1996. It premiered on Canal de las Estrellas on Monday, May 13, 1996, and ended on Friday, September 13, 1996. Eduardo Capetillo and Lorena Rojas starred as protagonists. Plot Ana is the cute star of Love Song, who falls in love with Renzo, a rock singer when she faces a wonderful future. From the moment they meet, Ana's life changes radically as she struggles to Renzo and leukemia, which has recently been diagnosed. Ana decides to live his life intensely Renzo marrying and giving a daughter, to preserve the great love they have. Renzo is the antidote to the disease of Ana and Ana is the strength of Renzo. A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. The significant difference is their series run length; telenovelas tell one self-contained story, typically within the span of a year or less whereas soap operas tend to have intertwined storylines told during indefinite, continuing runs. Abraham Ramos (born 13 February 1974 in Mexico City) is a Mexican actor who has appeared in many telenovelas and television series. He was born in Mexico City, Mexico. Career Abraham is the youngest of the four siblings. His first role was in Retrato de familia, a telenovela of Lucy Orozco, in 1995, together with Helena Rojo and Alfredo Adame. José María Yazpik (born November 13, 1970) is a Mexican actor. Biography Yazpik was born in Mexico City, the son of gynaecologist Jose Maria Meza and housewife Cristina Yazpik. He has two siblings, Carlos and Cristina. When Yazpik was a child, Meza decided to move the family to San Diego, California. He started a practice in Tijuana, which bordered the two countries.
