Cameron Delport
Cameron Scott Delport (born 12 May 1989) is a British-South African professional cricketer who plays in Twenty20 league tournaments. He was educated at Westville High School. He is a left-hand opening batsman and right-arm medium pace bowler. Delport also played for the Lahore Qalandars during the first edition of Pakistan Super League. He scored 227 runs at the average of 32.42 with the highest total of 78. He was included in the KwaZulu-Natal cricket team for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. In January 2018, he was bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2018 IPL auction. Career Delport along with Morné van Wyk set the record for the highest opening stand in List A matches with an unbeaten 367 in the South African Domestic League matches in 2014. The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a professional Twenty20 cricket league contested during February and March of every year by six teams representing six cities of Pakistan. The league was founded on 9 September 2015 with five teams by the Pakistan Cricket Board. The 2018 Everest Premier League, also known as EPL3 or 2018 TVS EPL because of the sponsorship reason, was the third edition of the Everest Premier League, a professional men's domestic Twenty20 cricket competition in Nepal. The 2018–19 BPL season, also known as BPL 6 or UCB BPL 2019 Powered by TVS (for sponsorship reasons), was the sixth season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the top level professional Twenty20 cricket franchise league in Bangladesh. The Chattogram Challengers ( Chittagonian/ bn, চট্টগ্রাম চ্যালেঞ্জার্স) is a franchise cricket team which participates in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The franchise was founded in 2012 & based on Chattogram City, Chattogram. Franchise history The Chattogram franchise joined the BPL as one of its original members in 2012, and appeared in the final in 2013 under the captaincy of Mahmudullah Riyad and coaching of Khaled Mahmud. The Mzansi Super League (MSL) was a Twenty20 cricket (T20) franchise league held in South Africa. The competition was established in 2018 by Cricket South Africa (CSA) as a replacement for the failed T20 Global League, but only two editions were played before the competition was itself cancelled in favour of the SA20 competition from 2022/23. The first edition of the tournament took place in November and December 2018. The South African Broadcasting Corporation broadcast all matches domestically on free-to-air channels.
