Callum Chettle
Callum Louis Chettle (born 28 August 1996) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Basford United. After leaving Nottingham Forest for Ilkeston at the age of 15, he moved up the divisions to join Nuneaton Town in July 2015, and then Peterborough United in January 2016. Club career Chettle spent his youth with Nottingham Forest, before joining Northern Premier League side Ilkeston at the age of 15. He became the youngest player to start a competitive game for the club when he made his debut at the age of 16. He signed with National League North club Nuneaton Town in July 2015. He entered the Football League when he joined Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee in January 2016; he signed a -year contract. He made his League One debut for the "Posh" on 1 March, coming on as an 85-minute substitute for Leonardo Da Silva Lopes in a 3–1 defeat to Bury at Gigg Lane. Leonardo Adelino da Silva Lopes (born 30 November 1998) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Belgian Pro League club Cercle Brugge. Career Peterborough United Lopes joined the Peterborough United academy in 2013 when he was 14 years old. He previously played at youth level for the Powerleague Colts, when he was 13 in 2012. FA Trophy
The Football Association Challenge Trophy, commonly known as the FA Trophy, is a men's football knockout cup competition run by and named after the English Football Association and competed for primarily by semi-professional teams. The competition was instigated in 1969 to cater to those non-league clubs that paid their players and were therefore not eligible to enter the FA Amateur Cup. Eligibility rules have changed over time, but from 2008 onwards the competition has been open to clubs playing in Steps 1–4 of the National League System, equivalent to tiers 5–8 of the overall English football league system. Derbyshire Senior Cup
The Derbyshire County FA Senior Cup is a local county football cup for teams based in the county of Derbyshire. Founded in 1883-1884, the first competition was won by Staveley, who beat Derby Midland 2-1 in the final. 1885-1886 saw Heeley from Yorkshire win the competition. It was not until 1892 that the county's top club Derby County first won the trophy. This delay was partially helped by a disagreement during Derby County's first season 1884-1885. After beating Derby St. Luke's and Wirksworth, Derby County were drawn at home to Long Eaton Rangers in the third round. The club applied for a week's delay in playing the fixture, however Long Eaton Rangers claimed the tie stating that they weren't aware of any change in date and had arrived on the set date to play. Steve Chettle
Stephen John Chettle (born 27 September 1968) is an English football manager and former professional footballer, who is director of football at Basford United. As a player, he was a defender from 1986 to 2005 and was best known for his time as a player at Nottingham Forest where he made 415 league appearances and played numerous seasons in the Premier League, won the League Cup and was a runner-up in the FA Cup. Despite playing most of his career in the top level of English football, Chettle never made the England squad, but came close in 1992, despite this Chettle played 12 games for the England Under-21s, captaining them in his final appearance. He went on to play for Barnsley, Walsall and Grimsby Town before ending his career in Non-League football with stints at Burton Albion and Ilkeston Town.
