Caleb Frare
Caleb Michael Frare (born July 8, 1993) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago White Sox. Career Frare attended Custer County High School in Miles City, Montana. Since his high school did not offer baseball, he played for the Outlaws Baseball Club. New York Yankees He was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 11th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft, and he signed, forgoing his commitment to play college baseball at the University of Utah. Frare made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Yankees, posting a 2-1 record with a 2.74 ERA in 23 innings. He did not pitch in 2013 and 2014 while rehabbing from Tommy John Surgery and a quadriceps tear. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
