CS Viitorul Dăești
Clubul Sportiv Viitorul Dăești, commonly known as Viitorul Dăești, is a Romanian football club originally from Dăești, Vâlcea County and currently playing in Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system, after was promoted at the end of the 2018–19 season. History Viitorul Dăești was established in the summer of 2012 at the initiative of George Popolan, the mayor of Dăești commune. The club was enrolled directly in the Liga IV – Vâlcea County, the fourth tier of the Romanian football, and finished their first season on 5th place in the North Series. Viitorul continued to play in the North Series of the Liga IV – Vâlcea County ranking 4th in the 2013–14 season and 3rd in the 2014–15 season, and 11th in the 2015–16 season played in a single series. Municipal Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium, frequently used for football (soccer). It is located in Râmnicu Vâlcea, Romania, close to Zăvoi Park. 2017–18 Liga IV
The 2017–18 Liga IV was the 76th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association play against one from a neighboring county in a playoff to gain promotion. Liga II
The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Generally, Seria I included eastern teams while Seria II included western sides, although clubs near the center of the country are allowed to choose in which series they will compete. The first six teams from each series participate in a play-off for potential promotion to Liga I. 2021–22 Liga III
The 2021–22 Liga III was the 66th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began in August 2021 and ended on 28 May 2022. This season was the second consecutive with a format that included 100 teams (10x10). The format was changed before the previous season, due to the financial problems generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Cristian Lucian Munteanu (born 17 October 1980) is a Romanian footballer who plays as a central defender for Viitorul Dăești. Club career Early career Munteanu started his professional career at the age of twenty with the local club West Petrom Arad, in the Romanian Liga III. He spent a year playing for his home side. FC Bihor He was soon noticed by Liga II club FC Bihor Oradea, who bought him from Petrom Arad. There, Munteanu quickly established himself in the starting eleven and he spent four and a half years with the team, also playing in the 2003–04 Liga I. Florin Constantin Costea (born 16 May 1985 in Drăgășani) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Viitorul Dăești. Club career Universitatea Craiova Costea started in the Romanian Liga II for the local team Rarora Râmnicu-Vâlcea, then he transferred to one of the most popular teams in Romania Universitatea Craiova, who competed at the time in the same league. After his new team was promoted, he became one of their key players and one of the best strikers of the Liga I. 2019–20 Liga III
The 2019–20 Liga III was the 64th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially scheduled to begin on 24 August 2019 and to end on 30 May 2020. The season was interrupted on 9 March 2020, after 16 rounds, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After two months of inactivity, on 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the season was discontinued and the best ranked teams from each series (after 16 rounds) were promoted to Liga II, only if the distance between the leader and the runner-up was bigger than 3 points. Otherwise promotion play-offs will be played between the best two teams of the series.
