Clubul Sportiv Gloria Albești, commonly known as Gloria Albești, is Romanian football club based in Albești, Constanța County and currently playing in the Liga V – Constanța County, the fifth tier of the Romanian football league system. History Gloria Albești was founded in 1974 and initially played in the Mangalia City Championship. In the next forty-six years, the club played constantly at the Constanța County Championship level. Gloria earn the promotion to Third Division at the end of the 2019–20 season, when was declared the county champion and the representative of Constanța County at the promotion play-off to Liga III being the only team from the top four that complied with the conditions imposed by the medical protocol after the season was suspended in March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. Liga IV
Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 4 parallel divisions with the teams finishing first meeting in a play-off to decide the champion. The number of teams differ from one county association to another. The Mureș County association has the fewest teams, 8, which play in a Scottish system, playing 4 times against one another. Fotbal Club CFR 1907 II Cluj, commonly known as CFR II Cluj (, is the reserve squad of Romanian first league side CFR Cluj. History The team was founded in 2007, but dissolved after only two years in 2009. The team played for one season in Liga III in the 2008–2009 season. FCV Farul II Constanța, commonly known as Farul II Constanța () or simply Farul II, was the reserve squad of Romanian first league side, Farul Constanța. History The team was originally founded in 2003, under the name of ''FC Farul II Constanța'' and was enrolled in the Divizia C. Farul II played in the third tier until 2010, without notable results, but the main target of the team was tho grew up talented players for the senior squad of Farul. This season was the second consecutive with a format that included 100 teams (10x10).
