COCO Park
COCO Park is a group of shopping complexes in Shenzhen. The primary one is in Futian District, Shenzhen. Futian COCO Park was established in 2007. Various journalists working for the ''South China Morning Post'' described it as "Shenzhen’s answer to Lan Kwai Fong." This refers to an entertainment district in Hong Kong. Futian COCO Park includes a restaurant rooftop area with non-Chinese cuisines. Futian District
Futian District () is one of the nine districts comprising the city of Shenzhen, China. The district is home to the government and Municipal Committee of Shenzhen, as well as the city's central business district (CBD). Name There are two theories concerning the origin of the district's name: * From an inscription dating to the Song Dynasty (960–1297) which reads: "Lakes and mountains are blessed with fertile farmlands" (). * Written records showing that people from Shangsha Village built houses in Songziling in 1192; their farmlands were cultivated in lattice shapes, which in Chinese is a homophone for "Futian" meaning "blessed fields". History Luohu District was established in April 1979, one month after Shenzhen was promoted to city status. Futian, and another area called Fucheng (), became communes within the Luohu District. Lan Kwai Fong
Lan Kwai Fong (often abbreviated as LKF) is a small square of streets in Central, Hong Kong. The area was dedicated to hawkers before the Second World War, but underwent a renaissance in the mid-1980s. It is now a popular expatriate haunt in Hong Kong for drinking, clubbing and dining. The street Lan Kwai Fong is L-shaped with two ends joining with D'Aguilar Street. Location Lan Kwai Fong as an area is defined by D'Aguilar Street and the smaller lane, Lan Kwai Fong, an L-shaped, cobble-stoned lane. Both streets turn 90 degrees to form a rectangle. It is near the Mid-Levels. Its eating and drinking establishments are considered upmarket in price and the area is also considered a tourist spot. Longhua District is a district in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. It was created as a new district on 30 December 2011, and became a formal district on 11 October 2016. History Longhua was established as a new district on 30 December 2011 by the Shenzhen municipal government, being separated from Bao'an District.
