CD Oximesa
Club Deportivo Oximesa was a professional basketball club based in Albolote, Spain. History CD Oximesa was founded in 1979 and started playing in the Provincial League, promoting in its first year to Tercera División (Spanish fourth tier). In 1983 promotes to Primera División B, second tier, and in 1986 promotes to Liga ACB, where it plays until the relegation in 1992. In this year, the team is moved to Granada and renamed as Baloncesto Granada. After the 1992–93 season in Primera B, the team is dissolved. Albolote
Albolote is a city located in the province of Province of Granada, Granada, Spain. It is one of the thirty-four entities which together form Granada's Metropolitan Area. It is formed by several populations: El Aire, El Chaparral, and Cubillas Reservoir, Parque del Cubillas y Pretel. 1990–91 ACB Season
The 1990–91 ACB season was the 8th season of the Liga ACB, after changing its name. The competition format changed again. The 24 teams were divided in two groups of 12 teams each. The eight first teams of each group advanced to the championship playoffs, and the four last teams of each group advanced to the relegation playoffs. Montigalà Joventut won their first ACB title, and their 3rd overall. It was the first ACB title won by a team besides FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. College career Comegys played collegiate basketball for the DePaul Blue Demons in the NCAA Division I from 1983 to 1987.
