Trinidad is a neighborhood located in Ward 5, in the Washington, D.C. (northeast), northeast quadrant of Washington, D.C. and is a largely residential area. American League Park
American League Park, known by historians as American League Park I, was a baseball park that formerly stood in the Trinidad_(Washington,_D.C.), Trinidad neighborhood of Washington, D.C., at the corner of Florida Avenue and Trinidad Avenue NE on land previously belonging to the Washington Brick Company. It hosted the Washington Senators (1901–60), Washington Senators from the 1901 season through the 1903 season. The ballpark's left-field fence would become Neal Street NE; its third-base line ran along Trinidad Avenue; its first-base line ran along Florida Avenue NE; and its right-field fence ran along present-day Bladensburg Road. Trinidad is the larger and more populous of the two major islands of Trinidad and Tobago. The island lies off the northeastern coast of Venezuela and sits on the continental shelf of South America. Bladensburg Road–Anacostia Line
The Bladensburg Road-Anacostia Line, designated as Route B2, is a daily bus route operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority between Anacostia station of the Green Line of the Washington Metro & Mount Rainier Terminal in Mount Rainier. Route B2 operates every 10–20 minutes at all times. B2 trips are roughly 56 minutes to complete. Background Route B2 operates daily between Mount Rainier terminal and Anacostia station mostly operating along Bladensburg Road. Additional school trips from Eastern High School are also operated during school days. Craftsman Style
American Craftsman is an American domestic architectural style, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, which included interior design, landscape design, applied arts, and decorative arts, beginning in the last years of the 19th century. Its immediate ancestors in American architecture are the Shingle style architecture, Shingle style, which began the move away from Victorian ornamentation toward simpler forms; and the Prairie style of Frank Lloyd Wright. The name "Craftsman" was appropriated from furniture-maker Gustav Stickley, whose magazine ''The Craftsman'' was first published in 1901.
