Its objective is "determining the services of all divisions are implemented according to policy, legislation / regulations and current guidelines". The Istana Negara (English: National Palace) is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the monarch of Malaysia. It is located along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (formerly Jalan Duta) in Damansara Heights, northwestern Kuala Lumpur.
