The Politics of Campania (Campania, Italy) takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democracy, whereby the President of Regional Government is the head of government, and of a pluriform multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the Regional Government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the Regional Council. Vincenzo De Luca (born 8 May 1949) is an Italian politician, member of the Democratic Party (Italy), Democratic Party, currently serving as List of Presidents of Campania, President of the Campania region since 18 June 2015.
