North Tzoumerka ( el, Βόρεια Τζουμέρκα) is a municipality in the Ioannina regional unit, Epirus, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the village Pramanta. The municipality has an area of 358.334 km2. The municipality is named after the Tzoumerka mountains. Pramanta ( el, Πράμαντα) is a village and a former municipality in the Ioannina (regional unit), Ioannina regional unit, Epirus (region), Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality North Tzoumerka, of which it is a municipal unit. In 2011 its population was 1,137 for the town, 1,527 for the community and 1,774 for the municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 69.058 km2, the community 39.435 km2. Pramanta is situated in the Athamanika mountains, at about 840m elevation. The ''Government Gazette'' ( el, Εφημερίς της Κυβερνήσεως, translit=Efimeris tis Kyverniseos, translit-std=ISO, lit=Government Gazette) is the official journal of the Government of Greece which lists all laws passed in a set time period ratified by Cabinet and President. Athamanika
Athamanika or Tzoumerka (Greek: Αθαμανικά or Τζουμέρκα) is a mountain range in northwestern Greece, part of the wider Pindus mountain range. Its highest point is the mountain Kakarditsa, at 2,429 m. Its length is approximately 40 km from north to south and its width is approximately 15 to 20 km from east to west. The only major road crossing the Athamanika is the Greek National Road 30 (Arta - Trikala - Karditsa - Volos). Geography The Athamanika is situated on the borders of the regional units of Arta, Ioannina, Karditsa and Trikala. Kalarrytes ( el, Καλαρρύτες, rup, Cãlãretsi) is a village and a former community in the Ioannina regional unit, Epirus, Greece. It is populated mostly by Aromanians (Vlachs).
