Daniel Falkiner
Daniel Falkiner (1683 – 20 January 1759) was an Irish politician. He was the second son of Daniel Falkiner and his wife Rebecca Blackwell, widow of Henry Hamilton of Baileborough. His cousin was Sir Riggs Falkiner, 1st Baronet. He represented Baltinglass in the Irish House of Commons from 1727 until his death in 1759. In 1739, Falkiner was appointed Lord Mayor of Dublin. He married Sarah Spence, daughter of George Spence. They had a daughter and a son. Sir Frederick Falkiner, 1st Baronet was his great-grandson. Norman Falkiner
Norman Fraser Falkiner (20 November 1872 – 11 May 1929) was an Australian politician. He was born in Ararat to grazier Frank Sadlier Falkiner and Emily Elizabeth Bazeley. He attended Geelong Grammar School and managed his father's stations at Jerilderie. In April 1901 he married Mary Louise Smithwick, with whom he had seven children. From 1915 he became a grazier of his own accord, and was a successful breeder of thoroughbred racehorses. Otway Falkiner
Otway McLaurin Falkiner (19 April 1909 – 22 March 2000) was an Australian politician. He was born in Melbourne to grazier Otway Rothwell Falkiner and Mary Elizabeth McLaurin. Riggs Falkiner
Sir Riggs Falkiner, 1st Baronet (c. 1712 – 24 April 1797) was an Irish baronet and politician. He was the oldest son of Caleb Falkiner, a merchant of Cork city, and his wife Ruth Riggs, daughter of Edward Riggs of Riggsdale. He was a cousin of the politician Daniel Falkiner, and on his mother's side of the writer Anna, Lady Miller, née Riggs. He sat in the Irish House of Commons for Clonakilty from 1768 to 1776 and subsequently for Castlemartyr to 1783. On 24 August 1778, he was created a baronet, of Anne Mount, in the County of Cork. On 5 January 1737, Falkiner married firstly Mary Barker. She died in 1762, and Falkiner married secondly Anne Maturin, daughter of Reverend Gabriel James Maturin, in October 1764. He had four daughters and three sons by his first wife, and one daughter Sarah Anne by his second wife. Falkiner died in 1797 and was succeeded in the baronetcy by his only surviving son Samuel.
