Erdemir Spor Kulübü, also referred to as Erdemirspor or Erdemir Zonguldak, is a professional basketball team based in the city of Zonguldak in Turkey that plays in the Turkish Basketball League. The team was founded in 2000. Their home arena is the Erdemir Sport Hall with a capacity of 1,700 seats. The team sponsored by Erdemir. It is a Turkish steel producer. Erdemir Sport Hall ( tr, Erdemir Spor Salonu) is a multi-purpose indoor sport venue that is located in the Karadeniz EreÄŸli town of Zonguldak Province, Turkey. Nathan Funk (born November 7, 1983) is a 6'3" (192 cm) American basketball player who had a standout collegiate basketball career at Creighton University and played professionally in the top leagues in Germany and Turkey. Funk was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa where he attended Blessed Sacrament Middle School and Bishop Heelan Catholic High School. Mark Robert Dickel (born 21 December 1976) is a New Zealand-Australian former professional basketball player and coach. Early years Dickel attended Logan Park High School in Dunedin, New Zealand. Mohamed Koné (born March 24, 1981) is an Ivorian–French professional basketball player currently playing for Charleville-Mézières of the LNB Pro B. He is also a member of the Côte d'Ivoire national basketball team. Kone spent one year playing NCAA Division I basketball at Valparaiso University after transferring from the College of Southern Idaho, whom he led to a third-place finish in the nation at the junior college level in 2004–05.
