Equestrian Events At The 2014 Asian Games
Equestrian events at the 2014 Asian Games were held in Dream Park Equestrian Venue, Incheon, South Korea from 20 September to 30 September 2014. There were three equestrian disciplines: dressage, eventing and jumping. All three disciplines were further divided into individual and team contests for a total of six events. Equestrian Events At The 2010 Asian Games
Equestrian events at the 2010 Asian Games were held in Guangzhou Equestrian Venue, Conghua, Guangdong, China from 14 November to 24 November 2010. There were three equestrian disciplines: dressage, eventing and jumping. All three disciplines were further divided into individual and team contests for a total of six events. After the Games, Guangzhou Equestrian Venue was bought by Hong Kong Jockey Club, and rebuilt to create Conghua Racechouse. Kim Dong-seon
Kim Dong-seon (김동선, or ; born 30 May 1989 in Seoul, South Korea) is a South Korean dressage rider. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, where he placed 43rd in the individual competition aboard Bukowski. He also competed at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, where he finished 55th in the individual competition. Kim is a graduate of Dartmouth College. Kim took part at two World Equestrian Games (in 2014 and 2018). His best result was achieved in 2018, when he placed 47th. He also competed at three Asian Games (in 2006, 2010 and 2014), where he altogether won three team gold medals and an individual silver medal. He qualified for the 2014 Dressage World Cup Finals in Lyon, France, where he finished in 17th position. Alex Hua Tian
Alex Hua Tian (; born 25 October 1989) is an equestrian sportsman who competes in eventing for China. Early life Hua Tian was born in London to a Chinese father and a British mother. He has a brother, called Jamie Hua Ming. The family lived in Beijing, before moving to Hong Kong. Hua started riding aged four. His family moved to Wiltshire when he was 11, where Hua attended Chafyn Grove School followed by Eton College. Career Hua was the only Chinese event rider competing internationally between 2006 and 2016 and the first Chinese to be registered with International Federation for Equestrian Sports. He took a year out of his studies at Eton to prepare for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. He qualified four horses between October 2007 and May 2008. Although as a host nation competitor he only needed to achieve a minimum standard, he qualified in his own right through the rankings as the youngest ever Olympic event rider. Hsiu-hua Yeh (born 4 June 1977), also known as Louisa Yeh, is a Taiwanese dressage rider.
