Axel Fredrik Enström
Axel Fredrik Enström (21 August 1875 – 31 March 1948) was a Swedes, Swedish electrical engineer and civil servant. Biography He was born on 21 August 1875 in Stockholm, Sweden. He graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology. He later earned a Ph.D. from Uppsala University. From 1896 to 1908 he taught physics and electrical engineering at Royal Institute of Technology. From 1903 to 1916 he was a partner in an electrical testing station and he carried out consulting and investigative activities in the electrotechnical field for Sweden. In 1916 Enström was appointed to the National Board of Trade. In 1918, he took the initiative to form the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and in 1919 was appointed IVA's first president, and was at the same time given the title of professor. He served as president until 1940.

Axel Gustaf Torbjörn Enström (October 25, 1893 - March 9, 1977) was the head of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget in Sundsvall. He was managing director from 1950 to 1960 and chairman of the board from 1960 to 1965. Biography He was born on October 25, 1893, in Sweden. He married Margit Lisa Magdalena Wahlberg (1900-1984) in Ytterlännäs, Västernorrland, Sweden on July 18, 1920. She was a daughter of Johanna Winblad (1859-1916) and Per Olof Bernhard Wahlberg (1852-1927). Their children include: Torbjörn Enström (1921-1983) who married Genenieve Shaw; Lennart Enström (1923-1999) who married Inga Lisa Bergengren; and Birgitta Enström (1925- ) who married Rickard Jörgen Ryott Malmros (1924-2006). He was managing director of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget from 1950 to 1960. On September 12, 1953, the golf course he created in Sundsvall was opened. James Enstrom
James Eugene Enstrom (born 1943) is an American epidemiologist who has worked at the University of California, Los Angeles since 1976, where he is currently a retired researcher. Education Enstrom received his B.S. in physics from Harvey Mudd College, where he graduated co-valedictorian of the Class of 1965; he received his M.S. and Ph.D., also in physics, from Stanford University in 1967 and 1970, respectively. His dissertation advisor was Nobel Laureate Melvin Schwartz and his elementary particle physics dissertation is posted on a Stanford website. During 1971-1973 he conducted postdoctoral research in physics in Group A at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, under the direction of Nobel Laureate Luis Alvarez and Professor Arthur Rosenfeld. Karin Märta Elisabeth Enström (born Landerholm 23 March 1966) is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. She has served as Secretary-General of the Moderate Party since October 2022 and has been Member of the Riksdag since the 1998 general election, representing Stockholm County. Ulf Tobias "Toby" Enström (born 5 November 1984) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman who played in the National Hockey League with the Atlanta Thrashers and Winnipeg Jets. The Enstrom Helicopter Corporation is an American helicopter aerospace manufacturer, based at the Menominee–Marinette Twin County Airport in Michigan, United States.
