Jérôme Palatsi (born 10 December 1969) is a French former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Having had no impact as a professional in his country of birth, he spent the bulk of his senior career in Portugal, appearing in 180 Primeira Liga matches mainly at the service of Vitória de Guimarães and retiring in his 40s. Football Club Istres Ouest Provence (; commonly referred to as simply Istres) is a French association football club based in Istres. The French football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for club football in France and Monaco, and includes one Spanish side. At the top two levels of the system is the Ligue de Football Professionnel, which consists of two professional national divisions, Ligue 1 and Ligue 2.
