Czarni Lwów
Czarni Lwów was one of the first Polish professional sports clubs with the well developed football section as well as ice hockey among the several other sports. The football club was started in the late 19th century in Lwów as a school football section Sława Lwów. In 1903 the name was changed and the club became professional. History In 1911, together with KS Cracovia and two other teams, Czarni created the Polish Football Association, the predecessor of the modern PZPN national football association. Czarni Pruszcz Gdański is a Polish football team from Pruszcz Gdański, Poland. History The club were founded in 1961. Throughout the club's history they have played in the lower regional divisions in Poland. The club have only had success in the Pomeranian leagues, with their only competition win coming in 2006 by winning the Pomeranian Voivodeship Polish Cup. For three seasons from 2005 until 2008, Czarni played in the IV liga for the only time in their history, with their highest finish being 8th in the 2005–06 season. For the 2006–07 season Czarni were included in the Polish Cup through which they qualified for after winning the Pomeranian Voivodeship Polish Cup. WKS Czarni Radom, officially known for sponsorship reasons as Cerrad Enea Czarni Radom, is a professional men's volleyball team based in Radom in central Poland. Founded in 1921 as a football club, the club had many sections in the past, however since 1997 only the volleyball section has remained. Czarni Radom team won the Polish Cup in 1999 and two Polish Championship bronze medals in 1994 and 1995. The club ceased to exist in 2003 and was reactivated in 2007. Czarni Słupsk, more commonly known as Grupa Sierleccy Czarni Słupsk because of sponsorship reasons, is a Polish basketball team, based in Słupsk, playing in Polish Basketball League (PLK). The home arena of the club was Hala Gryfia. History In July 1945, the original Czarni Słupsk team was formed, by railway workers who moved from Krakow to Słupsk after World War II. The club was originated as an association football club, but in 1989 the basketball section was founded. In the 1998–99 season, the team promoted to the Polish Basketball League (PLK). In the 2005–06 season, the first club honour was one: the bronze medal. In the 2010s Czarni Słupsk was a steady competitor in the PLK, with several Playoff appearances. Kolejowy Klub Sportowy Czarni Sosnowiec, commonly referred to as Czarni Sosnowiec, is a football club from Sosnowiec, Poland. The club was founded in 1924, and its home ground is the Jan Ciszewski's Stadium. It has a women's and a men's section. Czarni Żagań is a Polish association football club based in Żagań, Lower Silesia. History The club was founded in 1957 by soldiers from the Żagań Garrison. It is the most successful football teams in Lubusz Voivodeship; only Czarni from this voivodeship reached the final of the Polish Cup. They lost 4–0 to Górnik Zabrze. After the 1965 final, Czarni should have played in the 1965–66 European Cup Winners' Cup, but for political and military reasons, Czarni didn't join the competition. In the years 2019–2021, there was a senior women's team. The resulting crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border meant that at the beginning of November 2021 most players of Czarni serving in the Polish Armed Forces received official orders, which prevented them from representing Czarni in the last four games of the IV liga in 2021.
