Cyrus L. Philipp was Chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin from 1934 to 1938. Additionally, he was a member of the Republican National Committee from 1944 to 1952 and was active in the Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Republican Party. The Republican National Committee (RNC) is a U.S. political committee that assists the Republican Party of the United States. It is responsible for developing and promoting the Republican brand and political platform, as well as assisting in fundraising and election strategy. Milwaukee County is located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. At the 2020 census, the population was 939,489, down from 947,735 in 2010.
