Cuthbertson High School
Cuthbertson High School is a moderately sized high school in Waxhaw, North Carolina a part of Union County Public Schools. It was founded in August, 2009 under the administration of the then principal, Robert Jackson. The school was founded by pulling students from other area high schools including Parkwood High School, Marvin Ridge High School and Weddington High School. Its main feeder schools are New Town Elementary and Kensington Elementary. Cuthbertson High School is a recognized Honor School of Excellence in North Carolina. Waxhaw is a town in Union County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 20,534 according to the 2020 Census. The population grew 108.28% from 2010. Austin Kendall (born January 21, 1998) is an American football quarterback who last played for the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs. Early years Kendall attended Cuthbertson High School in Waxhaw, North Carolina. He committed to the University of Oklahoma to play college football.
