Curt Doussett is an American actor who is the host of the Discovery Channel's ''Hazard Pay'' and owner of ComedySportz Utah. Early life Curt grew up in San Bernardino, CA. He attended both Cal State University at San Bernardino before transferring to Brigham Young University. Curt studied music composition and theory at Brigham Young University before getting into acting as a regular performer at Orem's Hale Center Theater. Career He has been in over 60 theatrical productions and has made several appearances on television. The Independent Spirit Awards (abbreviated Spirit Awards and originally known as the FINDIE or Friends of Independents Awards), founded in 1984, are awards dedicated to independent filmmakers. It is loosely based on events that took place after the Malmedy massacre during the Battle of the Bulge.
