Concepción "Cuca" Gamarra Ruiz-Clavijo (born 23 December 1974) is a Spanish politician who is Secretary-General of the People's Party Biography Born on 23 December 1974 in Logroño she earned a licentiate degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto. Elected as municipal councillor of Logroño, she served as deputy mayor from 2003 to 2007. She became Mayor of Logroño after the 2011 municipal election. She was re-elected Mayor of Logroño for a second mandate in the 2015 municipal election. She endorsed Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría vis-à-vis the process for the election of the new PP leader in 2018. She ran as candidate to the Congress of Deputies in the PP at the April 2019 general election, and was elected deputy. She held her seat at the November 2019 general election. Logroño
Logroño () is the capital of the province of La Rioja, situated in northern Spain. Traversed in its northern part by the Ebro River, Logroño has historically been a place of passage, such as the Camino de Santiago. Its borders were disputed between the Iberian kingdoms of Castille, Navarre and Aragon during the Middle Ages. The population of the city in 2021 was 150,808 while the metropolitan area included nearly 200,000 inhabitants. Pablo Casado Blanco (; born 1 February 1981) is a Spanish former politician. He was a member of the Congress of Deputies representing Madrid until 4 April 2022, having previously represented Ávila between 2011 and 2019. From 2015 to 2018, he also served as vice secretary general of communication of the People's Party (PP). From July 2018 until April 2022, he was the president of the PP.
