CubeCity Entertainment, Inc. is an independent film and theatre production company, based in New York City. History of CubeCity CubeCity Entertainment was founded by Roberto Munoz. Originally located in the Niagara Peninsula in Ontario, Canada, it was called P.M. Productions. It officially made a name change when the company moved to the New York City area in 2000. Musical theatre In 1994, Munoz and his team assembled a troupe of local actors in the Niagara Peninsula to stage the rock musical ''Job and the Snake''. In 1995, they moved up to Toronto, Ontario where they showcased ''Job'' in several larger venues. The company then produced various musicals and plays in their workshop theatre space, Trinity Basement Theatre. In the spring of 2000, they produced a run of ''Job and the Snake'' at the Grove Theatre in Los Angeles, California before moving to New York City that fall. Manhattan Film Festival
The Manhattan Film Festival (MFF) is an annual film festival. It was founded in 2006 by filmmakers Philip J. Nelson and Jose Ruiz Jr. MFF is currently operated by Mr. Nelson and Mr. Ruiz, along with a team of filmmakers, journalists, and exhibitors. It was founded as the Independent Features Film Festival. MFF is an annual event that has been held at prominent venues such as Symphony Space, Quad Cinema, and the Academy Theater at Lighthouse. MFF has also been held at smaller venues like the Producers Club and the Hunter College Lang Auditorium, and currently screens all films at the legendary Cinema Village theater. Jeff Stewart (actor)
Jeffrey Stewart (born 28 October 1955) is a Scottish actor. He is best known for playing PC Reg Hollis on the ITV drama series ''The Bill'' from 1984 to 2008. Early life Stewart was born in Aberdeen. He and his family moved to Southampton, Hampshire, when he was three months old. His father worked in shipyards and then for Fawley Refinery. ''Under Jakob's Ladder'' is an independent drama film by CubeCity Entertainment. Based on a true story, it tells how a teacher named Jakob Seel is arrested and thrown into a Soviet prison in 1938. Mann Munoz directed the film and Roberto Munoz produced. Jeff Stewart plays the lead role of Jakob Seel. Carson Ferri-Grant (born December 17, 1950) is an American actor and artist. Grant has created characters and stories in visual mediums as drawings, paintings, in films and on stage.
