State Council Of Romania
The State Council ( ro, Consiliul de Stat) was a body of state power in the Socialist Republic of Romania from 1961 to 1989. It was the collective head of state before the creation of the office of President in 1974. Powers 1961–1974 The State Council was created in 1961 with an amendment to the 1952 Constitution, replacing the Presidium of the Great National Assembly. It consisted of a president, three vice presidents and thirteen members. By the end of the Communist era, it comprised a president, four vice presidents, a secretary and 15 members. According to Article 63 of the 1965 Constitution, the State Council was "the supreme organ of state power (i. e., the GNA) in permanent session." It was elected by the GNA from among its members and held office for the GNA's duration—in practice, five years. As with all government bodies in Romania, it was nominally subordinate to the GNA. Gheorghe Crăciun (author)
Gheorghe Crăciun (8 May 1950, Zărnești – 30 January 2007, Constanța) was a Romanian writer and translator. Crăciun was born in Tohanu Vechi, now part of Zărnești, Brașov County. In addition to being a novelist and a translator, he was also a literary theorist. He graduated from High School in Sighișoara, and later studied at the Philology Department of the University of Bucharest. From 1990 he taught at the Department of Literature at Brașov University. In 2002 he received a doctorate in literature from Bucharest University for his thesis on ''Transitivity in Modernist and Post-Modernist Romanian Poetry''. He is considered an important author among Romanian literary figures from the 1980s.

Niculae-Cornel Crăciun (born 29 July 1925) is a Romanian Nordic skier who competed in the 1950s. At the 1952 Winter Olympics, he finished 19th in the Nordic combined event and 68th in the 18 km cross-country skiing event. At the 1948 Winter Olympics he participated in the demonstration sport military patrol and finished seventh as a member of the Romanian team. He was born in Crucea de Sus, Suceava County. Crăciuneasa River
Cibin (german: Zibin; hu, Szeben) is a river in central Romania, in the south part of Transylvania. Its source is close to the highest peak in the Cindrel Mountains (known also as Cibin Mountains) of the Southern Carpathian Mountains. Upstream from its confluence with the Râul Mic, the river is also called ''Râul Mare''. The river flows entirely in Sibiu County. It is an important tributary of the river Olt, flowing into this close to Tălmaciu, in the immediate vicinity of the Podu Olt railway station. Its length is and its basin size is . Crăciunelu De Jos
Crăciunelu de Jos (german: Christendorf, hu, Alsókarácsonfalva) is a Commune in Romania, commune located in the eastern part of Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. It has a population of 1,954 as of 2021. It is composed of a single village, Crăciunelu de Jos. It also included four other villages until 2006, when they were split off to form Bucerdea Grânoasă Commune. The commune is situated on the right bank of the Târnava, Târnava River, on the western side of the Transylvanian Plateau. It lies at a distance of from Blaj, from Teiuș, and from the county seat, Alba Iulia; it is traversed by the national road DN14B which joins Blaj (to the east) to Teiuș (to the west).
