''Crying for Love'' (Danish: ''Dig og Mig'') is a Danish feature film. Written and directed by Christian E. Christiansen in 2008. It is based on the short film '' At Night'', which was nominated for an Oscar in 2008. Synopsis Three girls meet in hospital. Struggling to come to terms with their illnesses and the hand fate has dealt them, they look back on decisive moments in their lives. Their stories are different but the girls are brought together in their search for love and companionship. Louise Vesth (born March 18, 1973) is a Danish film producer . Her short film '' Om natten'' was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Short Film in 2008. Early life Louise Vesth graduated from the Aarhus School of Business with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1995 . Johan Philip "Pilou" Asbæk (; born 2 March 1982) is a Danish actor. He is known for his role as troubled spin doctor Kasper Juul in the Danish television political drama ''Borgen'', and as Euron Greyjoy in the television series ''Game of Thrones''. Bodil Awards
The Bodil Awards are the major Danish film awards given by the Danish Film Critics Association. The awards are presented annually at a ceremony in Copenhagen. Established in 1948, it is one of the oldest film awards in Europe. The awards are given without regard to commercial interests or box-office sales, but rather to highlight the films or actors that the critics regard as most worthy. The name of the award honours two of the most important actresses in Danish cinema, Bodil Kjer and Bodil Ipsen.
