The Crișul Repede (Romanian Crișul Repede ("the rapid Criș"); Hungarian Sebes-Körös) is a river in Bihor County, Crișana, Romania and in southeastern Hungary (Körösvidek). Bratca ( hu, Barátka) is a commune situated in Bihor County, Crișana, Romania. At 5,158 (2011), it is one of the county's largest communes. It is composed of six villages: Beznea (''Delureni'' from 1964 to 1996; ''Báródbeznye''), Bratca, Damiș (''Erdődámos''), Lorău (''Remetelórév''), Ponoară (''Körösponor'') and Valea Crișului (''Nagyfeketepatak''). Negreni, Cluj
Negreni (german: Neumarkt; hu, Körösfeketetó) is a commune in Cluj County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Bucea (''Királyhágó''), Negreni and Prelucele (''Prelak''). These were part of Ciucea Commune from 1968 to 2002, when they were split off. Ciucea (; hu, Csucsa, ; german: Tschetsch) is a commune of Cluj County, Transylvania, Romania, situated 20 km northwest of Huedin on the right bank of the Crișul Repede River. It is composed of two villages, Ciucea and Vânători (''Börvény''). It also included three other villages from 1968 to 2002, when these were split off to form Negreni Commune. The International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR) is an international organisation with its permanent secretariat in Vienna. It was established by the Danube River Protection Convention, signed by the Danube countries in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1994. The TransNational Monitoring Network (TNMN) began in 1996, and the Accident Emergency Warning System (AEWS) first came into operation in 1997 – both continue today as key transnational measures under the ICPDR.
