Criterium
A criterium, or crit, is a bike race consisting of several laps around a closed circuit, the length of each lap or circuit ranging from about 400 m to 10,000 m. Overview Race length can be determined by a number of laps or total time, in which case the number of remaining laps is calculated as the race progresses. Generally the event's duration (commonly one hour) is shorter than that of a traditional road race — which can last many hours, sometimes over the course of several days or even weeks, as in a Grand Tour. However, the average speed and intensity are appreciably higher. The winner is the first rider to cross the finish line without having been "lapped". Events often have prizes (called ''primes'' and are usually cash) for winning specific intermediate laps (for instance, every 10th lap). Eugenia Crittenden Blackburn "Crit" Luallen (born July 21, 1952) is an American politician who served as the 56th lieutenant governor of Kentucky from November 13, 2014, to December 8, 2015. Luallen previously served as Kentucky State Auditor. Early life and career Luallen is a native of Frankfort, where she graduated from Frankfort High School before continuing on to study at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, graduating in 1974. Luallen is descended from John Jordan Crittenden and Luke Pryor Blackburn, and she shares her name with both men. After graduating from Centre College, Luallen began working in the mailroom of Wendell Ford's senate campaign. She worked her way up in the campaign to working in communications. Bunești, Brașov
Bunești (formerly ''Bundorf''; german: Bodendorf, link=no; hu, Szászbuda, link=no) is a commune in Brașov County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Bunești, Criț, Meșendorf, Roadeș, and Viscri. Each of these has a fortified church. The commune is located in the northern part of the county, on the border with Mureș County. It is from Brașov, from Făgăraș, and from Sighișoara. The commune is at the watershed between the drainage basins of the Olt River and Târnava Mare River. The Gorgan River flows southeast through Viscri, towards the Cozd River, while the Scroafa River flows northeast through the Bunești and Criț villages, eventually discharging into the Târnava Mare. The Colorado River Indian Tribes (Mojave language 'Aha Havasuu, Navajo language: Tó Ntsʼósíkooh Bibąąhgi Bitsįʼ Yishtłizhii Bináhásdzo) is a federally recognized tribe consisting of the four distinct ethnic groups associated with the Colorado River Indian Reservation: the Mohave, Chemehuevi, Hopi, and Navajo. The tribe has about 4,277 enrolled members. A total population of 9,485 currently resides within the tribal reservation according to the 2012-2016 American Community Survey data. The hematocrit () (Ht or HCT), also known by several other names, is the volume percentage (vol%) of red blood cells (RBCs) in blood, measured as part of a blood test. The measurement depends on the number and size of red blood cells. It is normally 40.7–50.3% for males and 36.1–44.3% for females. It is a part of a person's complete blood count results, along with hemoglobin concentration, white blood cell count and platelet count. Because the purpose of red blood cells is to transfer oxygen from the lungs to body tissues, a blood sample's hematocrit—the red blood cell volume percentage—can become a point of reference of its capability of delivering oxygen. Hematocrit levels that are too high or too low can indicate a blood disorder, dehydration, or other medical conditions. In many role-playing games and video games, a critical hit (or crit) is a chance that a successful attack will deal more damage than a normal blow. Origin Critical hits originate from the Reiswitzian ''Kriegsspiel'', which they were added into shortly after the death of Reisswitz in 1827. The 1975 role-playing game ''Empire of the Petal Throne'' introduced the concept of critical hits (though not the phrase) into role-playing. Using these rules, a player who rolls a 20 on a 20-sided die does double the normal damage, and a 20 followed by a 19 or 20 counts as a killing blow. According to creator M.A.R.
