João Crisóstomo de Amorim Pessoa (14 October 1810 – 22 December 1888) was a Portuguese bishop. He was Bishop of Santiago de Cabo Verde and archbishop of Goa and Braga. Biography Pessoa was born on 14 October 1810 in Cantanhede in the district of Coimbra, he was taught in 1827. Pessoa was a teacher in theology at the University of Coimbra in 1850. He was professor in ecclesiastical sciences at the seminary in Coimbra and a substitute teacher at the Faculty of Theology in 1865. In 1860, Pessoa became Bishop of Santiago de Cabo Verde which was ordained on 26 August, less than a year he left, by cardinal Manuel Bento Rodrigues da Silva. Less than a year after, he became Archbishop of Goa which was confirmed in 1861 and became in 1862. He made his entry into the city of Janeiro in 1862. The Juan Crisostomo Falcón National Park ( es, Parque nacional Juan Crisóstomo Falcón), also known as the Sierra de San Luis, is in the southern part of the Falcón state in Venezuela. It has an area of covering the municipalities of Bolívar, Petit, and part of the municipalities of Colina and Miranda. It was created in 1987. San Giovanni Grisostomo (English: Saint John Chrysostom) is a small church in the ''sestiere'' or neighborhood of Cannaregio, Venice. The church was founded in 1080, destroyed by fire in 1475, then rebuilt starting in 1497 by Mauro Codussi and his son, Domenico. Construction was completed in 1525. The bell tower dates from the late 16th century. The interior is based on a Greek cross design. Behind the façade are hung two canvasses, formerly organ doors, by Giovanni Mansueti depicting Saints Onuphrius, Agatha, Andrew and John Chrysostom. Onuphrius was the co-titular patron saint who was revered by the confraternity of the ''Tentori'' (dyers of fabrics, covers, and sheets). Crisostomo Ayson Yalung (born December 3, 1953) is a former Roman Catholic bishop from the Philippines. He was the second Bishop of Antipolo, serving from December 3, 2001, to October 19, 2002. Born in Angeles City, Pampanga, Yalung studied philosophy and theology at San Carlos Seminary. He holds a licentiate in Sacred Scriptures from the Pontifical Biblical Institute and a doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He was ordained as a priest for the Archdiocese of San Fernando on 23 June 1979. Among Yalung's pastoral assignments were being assistant parish priest in Balibago, Angeles City (1979–1980) and formator at Mother of Good Counsel Seminary in San Fernando City, Pampanga (1987–1989). Juan Crisóstomo Torrico Vargas (January 21, 1808, Lima, Peru – March 27, 1875, Paris, France) served as the 16th List of Presidents of Peru, President of Peru during a brief period in 1842. At age 34, he was Peru's youngest President ever. In 1820, Torrico participated in the army of José de San Martín. He subsequently joined the ranks of Agustín Gamarra and participated under his leadership campaigns against the Peru-Bolivian Confederation, where the Peruvian forces were defeated in 1841 and Gamarra died in the battle of Ingavi on November 18, 1841. Juan Crisóstomo Jacobo Antonio de Arriaga y Balzola (27 January 1806 – 17 January 1826) was a Spanish Basque people, Basque composer. He was nicknamed "the Spanish Mozart" after he died, because, like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, he was both a child prodigy and an accomplished composer who died young. They also shared the same first and second baptismal names; and they shared the same birthday, 27 January (fifty years apart).
