''Crime After School'' (German: ''Verbrechen nach Schulschluß'') is a 1959 West German drama film directed by Alfred Vohrer and starring Peter van Eyck, Christian Wolff and Heidi Brühl. It was based on a novel by Walter Ebert.Goble p.142 The film's sets were designed by the art directors Ellen Schmidt and Mathias Matthies. It was shot at the Wandsbek Studios in Hamburg. Alfred Vohrer's 1975 film with the same title is not a remake. Alfred Vohrer (29 December 1914 – 3 February 1986) was a German film director and actor. He directed 48 films between 1958 and 1984. His 1969 film ''Seven Days Grace'' was entered into the 6th Moscow International Film Festival. His 1972 film '' Tears of Blood'' was entered into the 8th Moscow International Film Festival. Walter Carl Clemens, Jr. (born April 6, 1933) is an American political scientist known for advancing complexity science as an approach to the study of international relations and for arms control and U.S. relations with communist and post-communist countries. Since 2008, he has been a regular contributor to Global Asia, the quarterly journal of the East Asia Foundation. He has authored numerous books, articles, and editorials. In 2023, he published Blood Debts: What Putin and Xi Owe Their Victims' and The Republican War on America: Dangers of Trump and Trumpism'. Wolfgang Koch (born 1966) is a German operatic bass-baritone. He is best known for his performances in leading roles in the operas of Richard Wagner. Early life Koch studied at University of Music and Performing Arts Munich and went on to study under Josef Metternich in Feldafing and then Gianni Raimondi in Milan. He was first engaged in a permanent role at the Stadttheater Bern in 1991. In 1993 he moved to the Stuttgart State Opera, where he stayed until 1996. Claus Wilcke (born 12 August 1939, in Bremen) is a German actor who has played Americans in the German TV shows ''Percy Stuart'' and ''I.O.B. Spezialauftrag''.
