The Crest (Huntington, New York)
The Crest is a historic house on Eatons Neck, New York, Eatons Neck in Suffolk County, New York. Although on the land mass of Eatons Neck, the house today is within the jurisdiction of the Incorporated Village of Asharoken. According to the National Register of Historic Places, on which the house is listed, it has also been known as Hasbrouk-DeLamater House and as Robinson House. Another name for the house is Walnut Crest. The house was built in 1902 for Oakley Ramshon DeLamater who presented the house as a gift to his wife, Elizabeth Hasbrouk DeLamater. Oakley R. DeLamater was the grandson of Cornelius H. DeLamater, who owned the DeLamater Iron Works located where 13th Street meets the Hudson River in New York City. Crest Boys' Academy
The Crest Boys' Academy (formerly John Kelly Boys' Technology College) was a secondary school with academy status located in Neasden in the London Borough of Brent. The school was founded as John Kelly Boys' School in 1958 and was set in pleasant and extensive grounds. The school was served by a number of bus routes (332, 245, 182, 16) and was close to Neasden and Dollis Hill Underground stations. John Kelly Boys' Technology College turned into an academy on 1 September 2009, and became Crest Boys' Academy (sponsored by E-ACT). Benjamin Reichwald (born 9 April 1994), known professionally as Bladee (), is a Sweden, Swedish rapper, singer, record producer, designer and member of the artistic collective Drain Gang. Reichwald has released music through the Stockholm record label YEAR0001 from his debut album ''Eversince'' in 2016 through to his most recent album, ''Spiderr'', in 2022. In addition to his music, Reichwald creates visual art, which frequently appears as cover art for his releases. Crest Records is a now defunct subsidiary record label of music publisher American Music owned by Sylvester Cross. History Crest Records started operating in 1954, released its first records in 1955. Its offices were located at 9109 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, California. Crest Records recorded a long list of artists in a wide variety of styles and were more of a pop label, similar to Liberty Records for instance. The label scored a hit with the song Three Stars a tribute record to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper, written and performed by DJ Tommy Dee. The Crests were an American doo-wop group, formed by bass vocalist J.T. Carter in the mid 1950s. The group had several Top 40 hits in the late 1950s and early 1960s on Coed Records. Their most popular song, "16 Candles", rose to #2 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart in February 1959 selling over one million copies and earning a gold disc status. The Crest (band)
The Crest was a gothic metal/ darkwave band from Oslo, Norway noted for their gothic metal with catchy melodies, massive guitar sound, and a soothing female voice. The band was formed in 1996 by Nell and Kristian Sigland. After going through changes in name and line-up, the band settled on the name "The Crest" in 1999, after recording their second demo when they started to develop their characteristic sound. In 2001, The Crest recorded their first full album, '' Letters from Fire'', in Sound Suite Studio, together with Terje Refsnes, the producer of Tristania, Carpathian Forest, and The Sins of Thy Beloved. GuildHE Research is an organisation that provides training and support for researchers and students in Britain. It is a sub-association of GuildHE. GuildHE Research was known as the Consortium for Research Excellence, Support and Training (or CREST) from its inception in 2010 until March 2019.
